Our Story

The idea to found AI Publishing Solutions began during the pandemic while working for a multi-national publishing house.

One day after filling out an Art Log spreadsheet for nearly 3 hours, I realised that a software program could automate this task with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. If a neural network could be trained with thousands of images, it could learn to classify images. No longer would an Editorial Assistant or Production Editor need to complete countless Art Logs.

I estimated that AI software would save my department about 600 hours per year, as well as the entire company thousands of hours per year. The time saved could be used by Editorial Assistants to help Commissioning Editors contract more authors, thereby leading to more published titles and more revenue. The potential cost savings and return on investment was enormous!

Over the course of 18 months, our development team worked hard to create the AI Art Log Automator.

Our patent-pending software can save companies thousands of manual labour hours, significantly increase productivity, and help generate additional revenue.
